Aesthetic Ophthalmology
Cosmetic Opthalmology can “turn back time” by reducing the appearance of wrinkles and lines, sun damage and sagging skin that can make your eyes look angry, sad or tired.
We use BOTOX® injections and Filler materials.
Injectable fillers and Botox are often administered in a surgeon’s office and usually take no more than thirty minutes to complete. Some injectables will require multiple treatments spaced several weeks apart. A local or topical anaesthetic or numbing agent may be administered before the filler is injected with a small needle beneath the skin of the treatment area.
Hyaluronic Acid
Hyaluronic acid, the most widely used skin implant, is a natural hydrophilic component of the skin. It is usually a product of biotechnology or is obtained as an extract of natural substances.
Dermal Fillers
Depending on the type of facial wrinkles that you wish to smooth, other types of non-surgical injections may be used either alone or in conjunction with BOTOX® Cosmetic.
BOTOX
BOTOX® Cosmetic is a simple, nonsurgical, physician-administered treatment that can temporarily smooth moderate to severe frown lines between the brows in people from 18 to 65 years of age.
